Chef Simon and Chef Steven are veterans in the Japanese culinary scene and have honed their skills in the kitchens of Shima, Magosaburou, Sushi Nogawa and Fish Mart Sakuraya. Feast your senses as our chefs deftly slice the sashimi and assemble the ingredients at the sushi counter.

Omakase お任せ is a Japanese term which is defined as “I’ll leave it up to you”. It has been commonly used to describe a style of “menu” in Japanese restaurants in which the chef will prepare  the meal using seasonal ingredients at a specified price.

Priced at $200+ per person, Wa-i Sushi’s Signature 8-course  Omakase consists of two appetisers, sashimi selection, assortment of premium sushi, grilled seasonal fish, A5 Wagyu Beef, Dobin Mushi (Teapot Soup) and dessert.
